1. Standard UPS – $5.50 small package; $7.50 for large  (3-5 days)
2. 5-8 days via First class mail at the cost of $9.00 per package, or via Fedex upon request. Additional Fedex rates will apply.
3. FedEx plus additional insurance service will be available upon request
4. Additional packing and handling fees may apply ($ 4.00).
